This Cabernet is full-flavored and robust with flavors of cherry and raisin. A little bit of oak and the right amount of tannins, it is great on its own although a nice Sunday beef roast slowly braised with tomatoes and onion would be fantastic with this wine. However, don’t just keep this wine to yourself. It has a very interesting and attractive label that, when backed up by a great wine, makes a lovely and thoughtful gift. |

A wine with a nice blend of fruit, spice, oak, and tannin. There are a lot of good flavors in this wine which pair well with steak, lamb, heavy sauces. I really want to try this wine with a slow roast or use some of it in a nice marinade. |
