This Pinot Gris is a delight to drink with crisp with delicate citrus flavors. It is a perfect wine on a summer evening with a nice piece of grilled chicken and fresh from the garden vegetables. It would also be wonderful with a pan-seared sole served with a fresh lemon wedge or a light vegetarian meal. In the winter, homemade chicken soup and this great wine is the perfect cure for me. |
