This Pinot has a nice and subtle floral flavor. It’s a good value for the money and would pair easily with many kinds of food. It is so versatile it could go with light cheeses, pastries, cream sauces, fish or chicken. Because it is so food-friendly, it’s perfect to keep in the fridge for when the mood hits you to have wine with dinner. Not a showstopper, but a great go-to wine for everyday meals. |

I really do like the wines I have tried from this vineyard. The Pinot Gris is no exception. I highly recommend having a bottle of this nice white wine around for almost any meal. This wine is great for guests as well. The flavors are not too strong or overpowering and are very complimentary to many food parings. For example, seafood comes to mind as well as spicy, and creamy dishes. I think this wine is versatile enough to go with a main course or an appetizer plate. This wine is often in our refrigerator and is great for spur of the moment dinner with friends and family. |
