Indian Wells Cabernet Sauvignon, which is produced and bottled by Chateau Ste Michelle is a pleasant and enjoyable red wine. I generally like wines that Chateau Ste Michelle puts out. This Cabernet is reasonably priced and I think makes a great red to take to a dinner party or any other event where bringing a bottle of red is desired or expected. |

This Cabernet is rich with fruit flavors, including a very scrumptious blackberry jam flavor. A good all-around wine, it exemplifies the flavor of a Cabernet. It is a great value, especially for everyday drinking, but is nice enough to take as a gift. It would be great with a nice beef roast or steak. I think it will get even better in the next couple of years. I’m going to tuck some away to have on hand for quick gifts and, hopefully, some for myself too! |
